Please read these Wholesale Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before engaging in any wholesale transactions with Siva Seed Co. - Wholesale Account: 1.1 To become a wholesale customer, you must apply for a wholesale account with Siva Seed Co. All applications are subject to review and approval by Siva Seed Co. 1.2 You must provide accurate and complete information during the application process, including your business name, contact information, and any relevant business licenses or permits. 1.3 Siva Seed Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any wholesale account at its sole discretion.
- Wholesale Pricing: 2.1 Wholesale prices are provided upon approval of your wholesale account. 2.2 All wholesale prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other additional fees unless otherwise stated. 2.3 Siva Seed Co. reserves the right to change wholesale prices at any time without prior notice.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 3.1 A minimum order quantity may be required for certain products. The MOQ will be communicated to you at the time of placing the order. 3.2 Failure to meet the MOQ may result in additional charges or the order being rejected by Siva Seed Co.
- Order Placement and Acceptance: 4.1 Wholesale orders must be placed through the designated ordering channels provided by Siva Seed Co. 4.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by Siva Seed Co.
